My coach has a 30 gal black and a 40 gal gray. We sometimes fill the gray up pretty quickly particularly using the coach shower rather than the CG. Black not so much. Normal outing is two or three nights with 2 adults and no sewer hookup and I can't recall if we ever hit the full limit on the black. Gets to 2/3 pretty quick.
I suspect you might have a sink that drains into the black tank. Usually the sink associated with the bathroom and not the kitchen sink. Teeth brushing and hand washing if you're not conserving can use a lot of water. There are flow restriction aerators for faucets that might help if the sink is dumping to the black tank.
