This was a question very important to us a while back before committing to plan for FT RVing as a given.
For some we learned over time: it's the financials, for others it's health or a family situation changes (needing to take care of elderly or grandchildren), for some an emotional pull (friends, family, community), some missed their gardening, and hobbies that needed more permanent space,
For us, assuming none of the above come into place beforehand, I think it will be the age old story that we are very much prepared for "you can sometimes have too much of a good thing" or "a change is as good as a rest". We've discussed this in depth and don't foresee us traveling FT for double digit years, but who really knows till you are out there and how things unfold.
