I've been looking for an RV and recently found one I like and can afford (have been a tent camper, as well as having trailers and p/u campers). It's not a Class A, but is a Class B.
I suddenly felt reluctant to pull the trigger, and after awhile, I decided I'd rather rent a house in the area I want to explore for awhile, then rent another in a different area, etc. I guess I must be tired of long-term camping. So, am renting a house in a cool area for the summer and will day trip from there or even do a few overnighters in my tent. Must be getting old...
Like someone before said, you get tired not of the travel, but of not having a home base. This way I'll have a home base and can travel from there.
