Indoors in northern Illinois, heated in winter, and naturally cooled in summer due to being under the house and partially under ground.
Nine years to-date and the rig still looks and even smells new. I highly recommend some kind of protection for a rig worth preserving. The question everyone has to ask them self....Is their rig worth preserving? If you keep them less than 7 years or so, your answer might be no. But if you plan to keep it for decades, I surely recommend it.
