- Hemi_RTExplorerDepending on the roof material, in some cases removing the old sealant and redoing it or touching up any cracks in the sealant. If a person wants to put a cover on make sure it can breath or you are going to have a problem with mould.

Mine has sat outside for four years. I redo the roof every couple and keep an eye on seams. Not relay my choice but going full time in two more years so can't see spending the money on a pole barn or enclosed garage!

- gboppExplorerOutside, with a cover.
If I had the room for a pole barn, it would be stored inside.
Build a pole barn or a large carport and enclose it later. You can't go wrong storing your RV under a roof. - ChooChooMan74ExplorerOutside.
- tenbearExplorerMine sits outside year round. It is also uncovered. Have never had a problem. I do get up on the roof and have re-caulked some areas such as the shower skylite and the seams at the front and back.
All the local dealers store their RVs outside too. - Hemi_RTExplorerOurs sits outside all year round, the seals are checked twice a year and touched up/ repaired/replaced as necessary
