They are on split Budd rims, in-and-out coined --a washer on every other lug.
16" wheel and tire size, both.
7 1/4" centers.

Which translates into 17.5 wheels and 8R 17.5 tires.

Mark, I spent forever searching for mine and was lucky to get 6 (with Michelins) for $2000.
There are custom wheel places to avoid.
