I've purchased three new RVs from the same local dealer, in fact from the same salesman at that dealership. Talked to him recently about my next RV and asked for the best deal he could give me. Yeah, he remembered the last three RVs he'd sold me and even mentioned it when he was working on his numbers. In the end he didn't do anything special for me, in fact he played some games on some of the numbers - I'd done a lot of homework first. As for service, I had nothing but problems with their service department on warranty issues on two of the three RVs I bought there. So I went shopping and found a better deal a few States away and I'm happy with that. As for warranty and repair problems, I've learned one of the best ways to deal with them is to do it yourself.
