All I can say is that I've purchased three RVs from my local dealer, the first two I got national pricing and negotiated with them pretty hard. Became friends with and still am today with the sales guy. By the time I bought our Class A he didn't play any games shot me a price that was where I wanted to be. A dealer will not sell a unit and lose money on it, so negotiate local if you can but if they won't come down then walk away. I wouldn't give them even $10,000 difference, maybe $1,000 but that's all. But be fair about it, there are hard shipping costs involved so if dealer A is next to the factory and the local isn't don't expect to match without that included. That's my .02ยข
