How much does your dealer location matter in a purchase?

We knew exactly what we wanted and googled it. Not too many of them for sale and the one we really wanted to look at was within 30 miles of home. we went, we saw. We bought. One issue and they ordered the part, a camera and it was in the place in a couple of weeks, we went, they installed a new camera and we had it back that afternoon. no hassel. BTW, we bought from Spartanburg CW. Not the Endeavor on my info. A Fleetwood revolution. cant figure out how to change that doggone it.
