We bought our used Allegro from Davis here in Memphis. They made good on fixing a problem that cropped up the slide cover bracket that was coming off. We haven't had much else until our chassis batteries went dead a few weeks ago. That is a wear item and we've had it now for 6 months.
But we do have friends that bought a new Holiday Rambler at a show about 8 hours from here. And they've had some big problems. Water leak he had to fix himself. Bad crimp under the rear bedroom. He had to make an access hole under his bed and put on shark bite connectors. He was reimbursed for everything including the saw to cut the floor. Then when it got hot, no dash AC. Seems someone forgot to put a hose on the system (or took it off to fix another coach). This was fixed at a Freightliner shop in town.
But it seems like the 3 dealerships in the Memphis area won't do warranty work if you buy out of town.
