The smile face means tongue in cheek! The KEY word in the original post is "considering" which with my brand of English means that the Original Poster has
other options as well. The point being that if you are really trying to get the BEST deal on an RV, either new or used, there are other options than an RV dealer, local or otherwise. A new RV is only new until you move it out of the plant that built it. A good friend just finished BUILDING his brand new RV. That option isn't available or desired for most RV people. (I'm not like most RV people) Just like a house, an RV doesn't have to be bought from a real estate agent or a developer, if so inclined, you can build it or rebuild/alter an existing one. :-)
