- charlesExplorerThe older Pleasure-Way Excel models have 74" of head room, at least prior to 2012. I'm not sure if the new design remained the same or not as I'm only 5'7" and I have a a ton of head room in there. The Excel is both tall and wide, lots of room in them but you can only buy a used one unless you find a left over 2013 somewhere.

On most (not all Chevy models) RT drops the floor 2 inches. However on the older RT Dodges (made up to 2003) the floor was dropped 4 maybe as much as 6 inches and you may have a little more headroom.
For the years before the Sprinter chassis, PW's have an inch less headroom than the Roadtreks because Rt drops the floor an inch. 72" compared to 73". I'm 6'2" and got really tired of always having to crouch in the Rt. Because of that I wouldn't even consider the PW. Sold the Rt for something with more headroom.
I have no idea what a Fiesta Class B is. - Arizona_KidExplorer2" for the floor in the Roadtrek

This will vary...generally the PW uses a higher turtle top than the RT so makes up the room there.
the RT's I have seen with dropped floor were more like 2"...maybe that varies too if yours is an inch.
the drop floor section is the galley/head...so a step up into the cab...a step up into the rear.
I think if the OP makes the sleeping area his first priority, than will rule out many models automatically...such as the RT versatile sideway sleepers.
if looking at older models, RT is great about supplying brochures on their website- PW less so, but they will email out literature so you can compare features and dims.
youtube is a great resource for seeing interior layouts, some of teh dealers do a great job of this.
Mike - gerrym51Explorer IIi think the roadtrek sprinter models or the roadtrek zion have an inch or 2 more headroom than the chevy models
- stan909ExplorerA Fiesta is a turtle top van.they have more headroom but are not as aerodynamic. They are no longer manufactured but Sportsmobile can make you something similar.

The bed works for sleeping...I can move around without banging my head pretty much, but it may rub...the PW has a flat floor, the RT models with drop floor were a stumble problem for me.
at your( our height) many beds are short for us, look at that first.
my bed is 76" long if I go straight and longer if I go on an angle
