i've had this done twice,
first time, i bought a tire, paid for the tire AAA paid for the call
second time different RV , MY tire, no charge at all
road service for a tire change, in this case cost less than towing the RV
my AAA was happy to cover it
also have good sam road service and road service as part of my RV insursance
