How much to offer a CW or other big seller on a used unit?

OK so I have been researching the pricing on used ( and new but prob wont happen) class A gassers less than 5 years old. When a CW or General RV type place has an internet add for say $75K on used fleetwood for example - where is a good starting point. I know they take these trades in pretty low so there has to be some wiggle room.

    start your offer at 10-15K below ask and work from there the worst they can do is refuse your offer and counter when they counter you know there still room but should set the parameters if u have any clue as to what your doing
