How much towing capacity for 454 Chevy Class A motorhome?

On our 1993 32' Pursuit MH on a 1992 P30 Chassis hitch is rated at 500 tongue weight with max load of 3500 so it would be at our high limit. If the transmission has over drive it might would be best not to engage it. These transmissions are good but they were designed for up to one ton rated trucks.
