When I had it home and winterized for the winter. I drove it once a week. Depends where you live too. I lived in Wisconsin so if there was going to be several days of below freezing and often below O I started it 'every' day.
Biggest problem I found from letting it sit and not actually driving it often is rusting calipers and exhaust. Maybe not the first time you take it out but you will be replacing them sooner than those that are started, moved and/or driven everyday.
