How often do you wash your roof?
Got up there today and gave it a good scrubbing then scrubbed the rest when I got down. Truth be told I haven't wash it since I bought it in 2013. Once a year? Twice? How many?

We washed ours at least twice a year. How would you inspect your caulking/sealants if you don't get on the roof? Especially for a rubber roof it will last longer with washing.
