How often do you wash your roof?
Got up there today and gave it a good scrubbing then scrubbed the rest when I got down. Truth be told I haven't wash it since I bought it in 2013. Once a year? Twice? How many?

My MH has a fiberglass not a rubber roof. Once or twice a year I squirt some Dawn on a third of the roof and go over it with a soft to medium bristle brush with handle and rinse. I'm really not sure that washing it really accomplishes a whole lot. Probably more important to get up there and check for bad or loose calk. Maybe getting some tree sap off is good but I doubt it.
