How often do you wash your roof?
Got up there today and gave it a good scrubbing then scrubbed the rest when I got down. Truth be told I haven't wash it since I bought it in 2013. Once a year? Twice? How many?

When I drive through a rain storm, about once every 3-5 years. I did scrub it before putting Hengs rubber roof down a year ago. It is 26 yrs old and had a few spots that needed a re-coat of a top coat, so I did the whole roof.
