How often do you wash your roof?
Got up there today and gave it a good scrubbing then scrubbed the rest when I got down. Truth be told I haven't wash it since I bought it in 2013. Once a year? Twice? How many?

After reading through this I know which people I wouldn't mind buying a used coach from and which ones I wouldn't. Unfortunately I think I bought one from someone who did no or very little roof maintenance. I got lucky and it was garage kept and I fixed all the problem areas 3 or 4 holes from branches I am guessing and cracked caulk around just about every penetration the roof had.
