^^^ Hmmm, I'm sure I'd fall into the "not" category, but you'd be missing out on a gem. The reason I don't wash my roof is it hasn't needed it. It's garage kept and does get any maintenance it may need, which honestly has been almost none. The sealer still looks good, there are no leaks, and the roof looks almost as good as the day it was installed.
Then again, I'm not looking to sell it, so no worries. :B
I will say when we had our Fleetwood Flair with the rubber roof it got washed all the time. That was about the only way to slow down the streaking.
