How often or should you change out Tranny fluid

Hi, I have a general question about transmission fluid changes... I remember many years ago, I had the transmission fluid changed in a Toyota Celica manual transmission I owned, and it wasn't too long...

The fluids are the lifeblood of your transmission. While I wouldn't flush the trans, I would have the trans fluid changed. The additives break down over time and need to be replaced. I would not go to jiffy lube, but that's a personal choice.
