How often or should you change out Tranny fluid

Hi, I have a general question about transmission fluid changes... I remember many years ago, I had the transmission fluid changed in a Toyota Celica manual transmission I owned, and it wasn't too long...

Transmission fluid is cheap, transmissions are expensive. As a minimum you should follow the manufacturer recommendation. I wouldn't trust a jiffy lube type place to do anything.
