AARP offers driver safety courses. I'm sure they are oriented towards your daily driver, but quite honestly, you are more likely to have a wreck in the daily driver than in the class A. That's the vehicle you drive in congested areas, that other drivers might not see, and probably the one you drive the most.
Generally be aware of your slower reflexes and possibly less sharp vision in poor conditions--rain, twilight, etc. Give yourself more room to stop, signal longer, and be more defensive.
