Like Jan Tx we were caregivers for the DWs mother and just couldn't seem to get away for seven years. We're making up for it now and if the Dr's are correct and this radiation thing works, we're getting a newer rig. Oh yeah, I'm 73 DW is younger.
DGKs love going with us and we sure love having them along, GS is eleven and starting to take on some of the chores, GD does a lot with the DW. Fire starting is their responsibility, GS like all little boys is a pyro. GD not so much, she is getting good at lighting matches but has a healthy respect for them when they flare up.
Sure will be nice when they can take over some of the driving.
