how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

The question I have is what is the manufacture date? How long has the hole already been exposed to water infiltration? It can be fixed to prevent further moisture but just as important how much moisture is already there?
