how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

Thanks for all your comments and sharing your experiences. The hole is on the driver's side probably 7' up, about where the bathroom wall would be. I assume the hole goes from the interior surface to the exterior wall. As for manufacturing date, we placed the order the end of October and it was delivered just before Christmas so it has a recent manufacture date.
