how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

DEFINETLY DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL PROBLEM FIXED TO YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Make sure you have some type of written warranty on workmanship, I'd want at least 60 months. If not walk away and find an undamaged unit.
