I struggle with this response. Nothing personal, but to me if I buy a brand new RV and a screw from something being atached to the inside punctures the outer wall, it's unacceptable. One, I can't beleive the guys putting these things together have no more work ethic, and 2 how did it make it off the line like that and then past PDI? Nope, unacceptable. The more we shrug off stuff that should have never made made it off the line and write it off as the nature of the beast, the more it will continue to to happen. Stuff happens, RV's are complicated I get it. But******like this happens far too often espcially given what these things cost.
