come on people, one minor screw hole is not a deal breaker. Remove the screw from inside, insert a smaller screw and on the outside do a repair, paint will match and move on. How many other screws are in your motorhome securing something. Are you going to demand that they go and reseal every screw hole, because just in case the sealant did not completely seal it off. That is minor, have it repaired to your satisfaction and move on and enjoy your new motorhome. (yes) I agree that it should have been caught but we all aren't perfect. Just my .02
