how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

If it was me I would definitely have it repaired "prior" to signing anything.

Just to much money involved to "hope" it gets fixed to my satisfaction after the deal is done.

I do not see it as a show stopper but would not be happy about it and look very carefully over the rest of the MH.
