how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

Needs to be repaired to perfection before you take delivery. It is a new unit and should be delivered as such. I have seen the factory service center repair gouges in sidewalls that were customer inflicted. After repair, you could not notice where the damage once was.
