how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

Personally I would not accept the motorhome. This would be a deal braker for me. He paid heavely for it to be new, never used, never repaired, with an optional expensive full paint job. No matter how it is repaired it will show under some lighting conditions, especially as it ages.
