This is sort of funny. My Advice to you would be to start the process now if you want a new MH sometime in the next 3-5 years.
A small hole in the exterior is a VERY minor problem that can be fixed in not time at all. There are many more meaningful things to worry about on a MH.
Thanks for your advice but I would never buy a new RV and when I go to look at this used Moho with a rivet,screw or bolt head sticking out in the middle of nowere I'd walk.
You say very minor and easy fix in no time at all. Care to share?? I have done a little paint work here and there and it won't be quick,easy or cheap.
