how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

Kinda makes one want to go out and check the HUNDREDS of screws and rivets on the side of your coach to see how many of them actually serve a purpose or are just covering up a hole. :B
