Wow!!
I assume we are talking about a hole the size of a matchstick on a vertical side of the rig. I doubt if the repair would cost $100.00. You don't need paint, clearcoat replaced or a complete new side. A small amount of caulking or silicon will do the trick. This hole is high up, out of the normal line of sight and the repair will be invisible.
This is a small hole, it's not like somebody shot a cannonball through the rig.
Provided that is the only problem - I think you just won the new motorhome lotto.
Get the dealer to repair, get a warantee on the repair work and negotiate some cash back, maybe a couple of grand as suggested earlier.
By the way - safe travels and don't let this small issue ruin your future enjoyment of your new home on wheels.
