The bottom line? Money.
The factories assembly lines move very fast in the RV industry.
Lower paid workers virtually run to keep up with some lines. Don't believe me? Check out the production line videos.
There is no time for thorough quality control.
Why? Because the American public will not pay for it. Businesses make a profit by providing what the majority of buyers want. (The Market)
In this case, the market demands quickly built some times low quality and most importantly, cheap RV's. Of course there are some high end units being built, but we are talking about the major portion of the RV industry.
Sorry but that is the way we, including myself, are. If we were to demand quality over price, WalMart would not survive.
