Exactly. A small screw hole on the exterior is a minor item to repair. But I would be just sick if I caused that due to my own carelessness in not checking the screw length to be sure it was short enough to be used there or if the bit slipped and punched through the exterior. But if it did happen, I would probably use Brett's solution, at least until the coach goes in for some other paint or body repair/modification, then get it fixed completely.
But since this was done at the factory, you have no idea about what else was carelessly done like this. The screw or bit was simply backed out and never addressed. Okay, mistakes happen, but the fact that nothing was done about it is eye raising.
If they will leave a mistake like that, on the exterior, in full view, what mistakes are they leaving that are hidden?
