Just to be clear, the dealer can basically destroy the rv, rebuild it and still sell it for new as long as it hasnt been titled to someone. They can put 50K miles on it and still sell if for new.
It all comes down to whether the person buying it accepts it. If they do, and a hole in the wall leads to delamination down the road, too bad. After all it's just a mole hole, right? :B
Good luck to anyone getting a dealer to signup for any warranty covering that possibility. They will offer you a discount if you whine enough, but no warranty.
