There is no such thing as a perfect RV. They are just too complex, and are basically hand made. And don't tell me how well made your Toyota is. They make many thousands of those a week and it is highly automated using robots and such. RV factories are doing great if they can make 10 or 20 a week, and they do nearly everything by hand.
Complaining about it won't change these facts. It's the truth, whether you like it or not, and it's not going to change. If you don't want to deal with it, don't buy an RV.
I bought a Toyota truck once and drove it off the lot and got about a mile away from the dealer when the alternator fell off because somebody didn't bolt it on correctly. So even Toyota can make a mistake.
