how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

Back the screw out and replace with the proper length.
Get a stainless short big head self-tapper, put some dicor around the head, screw it in the hole and hit the head with some touchup paint.

Then go inside, talk to the dealership manager, and negotiate the biggest discount he will give you.
