Here is an analogy; when commercial fishing, trolling with hook and line requires the fish to be hit on the head to bring aboard. If the fisher misses and hits any "flesh part" the fish is graded as a number 2 fish as opposed to number one. The #1 goes to Japan and is bid on. The #2 fish goes in a can.
Now there are other types of fishing, say gill netting. All those fish are #2 as they are net marked and bruised.
For those that do not get it, the screw hole is likened to the fish bruise.
The buyer of the motor home did not pay for a #2 grade, he thought he was buying a #1
The point is being made that there are very few trollers out there and a whole lot of gill netters.
Further to that point, regardless of price point, quality and pride of workmanship should grade RV selection to the buyers taste, #1 an unblemished product, or #2 the same product with blemishes.
