How to find out if a Class A diesel pusher is right for me

I have owned increasingly larger 5ver's for over 15 years, currently towing the 40 foot fifthwheel in my signature below. My DW is talking 40ft plus Diesel pusher motorhome for retirement. How in the...

Also the local dealer that has numerous diesel pusher class A's insists on signed offers to purchase before allowing test drives.
Is this a common practice amongst Class A dealers?


Find a different dealer. Certainly not common practice around here.
