How to get to the master cylnder of an 1983 southwind

Hello my name is Larry and I bought a 1983 southwind when I open the engine cover I can see the master cylnder  my question is how do I get to it ? and how to fill the reservior??????     thank you for your time!!!!!!!!

GM chassis, access is through front left wheel well.

I cut an access hole through the floor directly to the top of the master cylinder. It only took a few hours to cut the hole and make a hatch to cover it out of diamond plate. It dramatically increased my motivation to properly check the brake fluid on a consistent basis, so it was well worth it.
