I have heard of this happening before when the hole for the windshield was cut too large. When the windshield is installed, there is not enough fiberglass frame to hold the rubber gasket in place.
It has come up before on this forum and I have never known of any manufacturer actually correcting the problem other than to reinstall the windshield in the same "too large" hole. Basically it also means that your chassis frame is not strong enough to resist twisting when out of level and when you combine that with a windshield hole cut too big, you have an ongoing design/fabrication error that you will have to live with because the manufacturer will not help you.
