If the place you park your motorhome isn't paved it's likely that the ground has compacted under the jack pad over time. Depending on the moisture level the jack could sink several inches causing the out of level condition.
Last year was a very wet summer in Forest City IA. When we sent in our registration for the annual national convention held there they recommended bringing along wood pads to place under the jacks. The recommendation was to have at least double the surface area on the pads as the surface area of the jack.
I made a set of 2' square pads to place under the jacks. The ground where we parked was so moist that they sank about an inch in the week we were there. I can't imagine how far they would have gone down if we had been parked there several weeks.
