We do the hands and knees trick to do the head end of the fitted bottom sheet, and have enough access to the foot corner on the outside wall to do that standing on the floor. The last corner inside the unit is easy. Neither my wife or I like tucked in covers, so we just throw on the top sheet with as many blankets/comforters as the temperature requires.
Yes, it could be less of a challenge, but I bought this floorplan on purpose for its relatively short 24'-6" length and lighter curb weight. The old 29'er with the island queen with the head end between two nightstands and shirt closets wasn't as easy to make as one would think either.
