I'm sorry camping isn't for you. Having that much money tied up is tough.
We've sold 2 RVs. Our first was a B+ and it sold within 2 days of listing it on RVTrader. The 2nd was a Class A gasser and that took longer. We sold it after about 2 months on Craigslist!
I had lots of good pics. Make sure the lighting is good, pics are focused and it's neat & clean. Make sure to include pics or a description of any problems. We had a lot of inquiries, some were scammers, some were just curious, some wanted us to give it to them. We had 3 couples that actually came to look at it. One never called back, one wanted to think about it, the 3rd bought it.
Look at similar units that are listed and compare prices. Remember that the asking price may not be the selling price.
