This was our first year at Quartzsite and we loved it. We were traveling with 4 other couples and had a blast. We stayed an month at the La Posa BLM 14 day area south (east) of town. The weather was absolutely perfect except for two days, one day it rained and one day it was windy. Enjoyed shopping at the big tent and around town at different vendors. We met some local folks that guided us on an ATV tour of the desert/mountains that we would have never seen without local knowledge. I think I will invest in some solar after this trip we are planning on returning. The desert night sky is worth the trip in itself, and the full moon rising over the mountains was great? I had heard you will either love it or hate it and we loved it!
