Wait until your insurance company lets you know what they plan to do. You can always get an outside appraisal of your RV if you need to later.
Is the same insurance company also covering your other vehicles and your house? If so then you are looking at the TOTAL amount of reimbursement and shouldn't worry too much about the individual vehicle values. One may be high and one may be low but wait and see how they balance out.
